Terms of Service

SwatchFree is a fabric discovery and sample fulfilment platform. We help you find real-world fabrics that match your style images and descriptions, collect mill colour cards and cut samples on your behalf, and ship them to you.

We do not manufacture fabrics. We coordinate with mills, suppliers and logistics partners to deliver samples. All product information, prices and stock status are based on data supplied by mills and are subject to change without notice.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• Swatch box — a curated set of real mill colour cards. Pricing is tier-based: up to 5 swatches at one flat fee, 6–10 swatches at a higher flat fee.
• Cut samples — larger fabric pieces ordered by the metre/yard and charged separately per item.
• A maximum of 10 fabrics can be held in one swatch box. Cut samples do not count against the swatch-box limit.
• All fees cover sample coordination, handling and worldwide shipping unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees in your country.

When you place an order, we will confirm the total, shipping address and contents. Payment is processed at checkout through the payment method you select. Orders are not dispatched until payment is received and cleared.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a fabric becomes unavailable, a price was listed incorrectly, or we cannot ship to the provided address.

Delivery times are estimates based on our logistics partners and the hub processing your order. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for samples pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Tracking information is provided when available.

Because swatch cards and cut samples are custom-prepared and sourced per order, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or materially different from what was confirmed, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Our AI matching tools help surface candidate fabrics based on images and descriptions. Results are recommendations, not guarantees. Fabric appearance can vary by screen, lighting and dye lot. Always confirm colour, hand feel and suitability with the physical swatch before committing to production.

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us the right to use them solely to provide the matching and sourcing services to you. You may not copy, scrape or systematically download our catalogue, images or data without our written permission.

Do not use SwatchFree for illegal purposes, to upload malware or infringing content, to harass our team or partners, or to circumvent our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

To the extent permitted by law, SwatchFree's total liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
